Problem:

Classic Turning specialized in precision turned parts but needed to implement new machining processes after an aerospace customer asked the shop to tackle some of their low volume parts with milling.

Solution:

By purchasing two NEXUS VCN-510C Vertical Machining Centers and two NEXUS QTN-200 CNC Turning Centers, Classic Turning now offers 24-hour turnaround time, as well as expanded machining capabilities for aerospace and medical customers.
